Special Door Systems
The basic models in the record CLEAN series are the K1, a single leaf sliding door, and K2, with two leaves. A large range of materials are available for the door leaf core and surface finishes, as well as the design of the door frames and sealing system, enabling a wide field of applications.

record THERMCORD is an automatic door system that has thermally separated door profiles with heat insulating properties. The ift Rosenheim determined an achievable heat transmission coefficient (UD) of 1.1 W / m² K featuring approved insulating glazing. THERMCORD is employed as an inside or outside door in areas with a – even temporarily – high temperature differential.
The record SAFECORD RC 2 is designed for users who have above-average burglary protection requirements, but appreciate the convenient operation of a standard automatic door.
With normal sliding doors, fixed side panels block up to two thirds of the passageway. With the record TOS total opening system, however, this area remains fully accessible. The TOS is not only suitable for emergency situations, but also ideal for loading bulky items. Most common applications of the record TOS are in vehicle salesrooms, shopping centers, department stores, furniture outlets, and buildings with high volumes of pedestrian traffic.
Record PROTECT IP6X is a sliding door operator with IP6X-encapsulated modules, in which the operator, lock, battery and expansion module are housed in sealed stainless steel enclosures made of 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel, which offer unique resistance to water, moisture and dust. This level of protection ensures reliable performance regardless of the environment, including closeness to the ocean, on ships, near swimming pools or in the tropics. This extension to the Record STA 20 operator product line is IP66 certified in accordance with DIN EN 60529 (IEC60529/VDE 047).
